Fountain or waterfall? Setting up the Biling 6W both ways
This pump does two jobs, so decide which you want first — you can always switch later.
For a fountain, fit a nozzle
Screw on one of the ten heads, sink the pump in the bird bath or pond, and angle the panel at the sun. Start with a low dome to check the flow, then go taller if there is room in the basin.
For a waterfall, fit the tubing
Take the nozzle off and connect the five-foot tube, then run it up to a rock, spout or higher basin so the water falls back down. Keep the run short and the panel in full sun for the best lift.
Keep the panel clean and the filter clear
The glass panel resists weathering, but a wipe keeps it charging at full strength. Rinse the filter and clear the impeller regularly — a clean pump gives a stronger jet and a taller waterfall.
